Job summary

Avelios Medical GmbH is seeking a (Senior) Full Stack Engineer to join our development team. You will contribute across the product lifecycle—from design and testing to deploying and maintaining core services used in clinical environments.

You will work on large‑scale infrastructure, tackling both backend and frontend components with modern technologies. This hands‑on role values proactive problem solving and a drive to learn and grow within a startup‑like atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Informatics, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Proficiency in one or more: Java, C++, React, TypeScript, Swift, or Rust.
• Demonstrated software development experience – GitHub contributions are a plus.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and contribute across the stack.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in German or English.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our core development team to build full‑stack solutions across clinical use cases.
• Design, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure Avelios services.
• Develop large‑scale software systems used in critical healthcare environments.
• Work with the latest technologies in both backend and frontend development.
• Apply best practices in clean, efficient, and secure software engineering.
• Continuously improve performance, usability, and development processes.
