Responsibilities

• Development of a System Engineering Framework: Conceptualization, creation, and continuous evolution of a holistic System Engineering Framework covering all phases of the lifecycle.
• Methods and Processes: Defining and implementing System Engineering methods, processes, and tools that meet the highest quality standards, specifically based on the V-Model.
• Preparation for MBSE: Creating the prerequisites for the future introduction of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) methodologies.
• Team Leadership: Leading a cross-functional team to create the operational portion of the System Engineering Frameworks during the execution of customer system projects.
• Mentoring: Transferring knowledge and mentoring junior System Engineers.
• Process Focus: This role does not involve developing technical systems or leading/supporting System Engineering projects. The focus is on defining and implementing the necessary processes, methods, and tools for the successful execution of system projects.
