CHEPLAPHARM Arzneimittel GmbH in Berlin seeks a Senior Lead for End-to-End Supply Chain Process Architecture to design, develop and optimize global supply chain processes spanning planning, manufacturing, inventory, logistics and order fulfilment.

You will analyze global processes, identify bottlenecks and risks, define governance, KPIs and target processes, and drive standardization and digital transformation with IT and business functions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in SCM, Logistics or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Strategy, Business Analysis or Advanced Analytics.
• Experience in global manufacturing or complex supply chain environments.
• Extensive knowledge of supply chain design, inventory management, lead-time analysis.
• Proficiency in BI and SAP tools; Power BI and SAP S/4HANA/IBP/SAC.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in German and English.

End-to-End Supply Chain Process Architecture
You design, develop and optimize end-to-end processes across the entire supply chain – from planning and procurement through manufacturing and inventory management to logistics and order fulfillment. You ensure that processes and their interfaces are considered holistically.

Supply Chain Excellence & Optimization
You analyze global supply chain processes, identify structural bottlenecks, inefficiencies and risks, and develop appropriate solutions to improve performance, agility and resilience. A particular focus is placed on product segmentation, inventory strategies, lead-time optimization and service-level improvements.

Process Standardization & Governance
You define and standardize global target processes and governance models while balancing global standards with local requirements. You develop process KPIs, governance structures and management standards to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.

Digitalization & System Transformation
You translate business requirements into concrete process, data and system requirements for ERP, planning, automation and analytics solutions. Together with IT and the relevant business functions, you evaluate and support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and continuously develop the digitalization roadmap.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Change Management
You lead cross-functional initiatives to harmonize and optimize supply chain processes and work closely with Supply Chain, Quality, RA, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial, Finance and IT. As a strategic sparring partner, you advise senior stakeholders, create cross-functional alignment and support the successful implementation of new ways of working.You will act as a member of the Process Excellence Community which will give you access to detailed knowledge and expertise.

What you'll bring:

Educational Background
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Data Science or a comparable discipline.

Professional Experience
You bring at least 10 years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain Strategy, Business Analysis or Advanced Analytics, ideally within a global manufacturing or complex supply chain environment.

Supply Chain Expertise
You have extensive knowledge of supply chain design, inventory management, product segmentation and lead-time analysis. You have a proven track record of successfully implementing end-to-end supply chain optimization projects and developing inventory policies.

Analytical & Digital Skills
You have advanced knowledge of BI and visualization solutions, ideally Power BI, as well as solid experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP and SAP SAC. APICS or Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

Strategic Thinking & Decision-Making
You are able to analyze complex challenges even when data is incomplete, evaluate different solution scenarios and develop well-founded recommendations. You combine strategic thinking with a clear focus on sustainable business results.

You are able to drive execution with a strong results orientation, manage change effectively and ensure sustainable business impact.

Languages
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, and are able to communicate complex topics effectively to different audiences and organizational levels.
