Jung von Matt NECKAR is seeking a Senior Strategist who combines brand, communication and channel strategy with expertise in digital ecosystems. You will lead strategic processes, mentor junior strategists, and own complex client projects. Proficiency in German and English is required for presenting insights and leading workshops.

The role emphasizes holistic thinking, unconventional problem-solving, and collaboration across interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact strategies.

As a Senior Strategist (d/f/m) at Jung von Matt NECKAR, you are a strategic all-rounder with a deep passion for brands, communication and culture. You bring at least five years of strategic experience and have successfully led complex clients. You think holistically and unconventionally, distilling complexity into clear, inspiring and actionable strategies.

You combine strong expertise across brand, communication and channel strategy with a profound understanding of digital and social media ecosystems. You know how to translate brand positioning into relevant communication that works across platforms, audiences and markets, ideally also in a B2B context.

As a senior sparring partner for clients and teams, you take ownership of strategic processes, proactively develop accounts and enjoy sharing knowledge and mentoring junior strategists. You enjoy sharing knowledge, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams and presenting your ideas confidently in both German and English.

• Brand positioning, architecture, development and long-term management
• Development of integrated communication, channel and ideally also social media strategies
• Strategic leadership and proactive further development of clients and accounts
