Jung von Matt NECKAR in Stuttgart seeks a Senior Strategist to own brand strategy, architecture and long-term development. You will lead integrated communications and relevant social media strategies while guiding junior talents within the strategy team.

You will contribute to new business discussions, design and run workshops, and deliver insights with strong presentation skills in German and English, in a collaborative, fast-paced agency setting.

Your tasks:

• Brand positioning, architecture, development and long-term management
• Development of integrated communication, channel and ideally also social media strategies
• Strategic leadership and proactive further development of clients and accounts
• Participation in new business processes (e.g. chemistry meetings, pitches)
• Conception and moderation of workshops and strategic sessions
• Guidance, evaluation and interpretation of market and user research
• Creating and delivering high-impact presentations (Keynote, PowerPoint) in German and English
• Supporting, mentoring and empowering junior talents within the strategy team
