• Several years of experience in social media, ideally in an agency or creative environment.
• Proven track record managing complex accounts with responsibility for performance, budgets and quality.
• Excellent strategic, conceptual and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of social culture, platforms and creative possibilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and confident budget management.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and client advisory skills, both in German and English.
