Zusammenfassung

CYBEX is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our Digital Workplace team in Germany. You will manage endpoint provisioning, security, and lifecycle, while delivering advanced Microsoft 365 support and Enterprise device management across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.

You will work on Intune/Entra ID implementation, Autopilot deployment, and hybrid identity projects, ensuring high availability and strong user experience in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience in IT support, Digital Workplace, or endpoint management.
• Strong expertise in Windows desktop and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and practical experience with Intune and Entra ID.
• Hands-on experience with Windows deployment, Autopilot, and modern provisioning.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.
• Experience with endpoint security, compliance, patching, and application deployment.
• Good understanding of ITSM, Service Desk, and IT asset lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, or comparable automation technologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ownership, independence.
• Very good English in written and spoken, with strong documentation capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Handle L2/L3 escalations for complex incidents, VIPs, and business-critical users, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
• Administer and maintain Intune and Entra ID, including endpoint compliance, configuration, and security.
• Operate Windows Autopilot and enable remote and zero-touch provisioning across endpoints.
• Provide advanced Microsoft 365 support across Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Oversee the Endpoint Lifecycle, including deployment, patching, updates, remediation, and application management.
• Administer corporate iOS and Android devices using Intune and Apple Business Manager.
• Oversee the IT asset lifecycle, including inventory, stock management, repairs, warranties, and replacements.
• Support Teams Rooms, video conferencing, and other collaboration technologies.
• Optimize ITSM and ITAM processes and automate onboarding, offboarding, licensing, and access workflows.
• Maintain technical documentation, share knowledge, and mentor junior team members.
