Zusammenfassung

Enpal sucht einen Senior Software Engineer (f/m/x) in Deutschland, der End-to-End-Verantwortung für Kernprodukt-Systeme übernimmt. Sie entwerfen und implementieren zuverlässige Backend-Services, arbeiten an Frontend-Erlebnissen und bauen Datenmodelle.

Sie arbeiten mit NestJS/Node.js, Next.js/React, MongoDB und Azure, setzen CI/CD-Pipelines auf, betreuen Deployments und prägen die technische Richtung. Mentoring von Junioren gehört dazu.

Qualifikationen

• Nachweisliche Erfahrung mit End-to-End-Softwarelösungen.
• Ausgeprägte TypeScript- und Node.js-Kenntnisse.
• Erfahrung mit Microsoft Azure und Cloud-Infrastruktur.

Aufgaben

• Build und betreibe komplexe Lösungen end-to-end, im Team und mit Stakeholdern.
• Design scalable Backend-Services mit NestJS/Node.js und Frontend-Erlebnisse mit Next.js/React.
• Architektur von Datenmodellen mit MongoDB.
• Infrastruktur-as-Code entwerfen, bereitstellen und betreiben (Azure).
• APIs erstellen/verwenden und systemübergreifende Integrationen anleiten.

What you'll do:

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer (f/m/x) to take end-to-end ownership of building and scaling our core product systems. You'll design and implement reliable services across our stack, integrate with external platforms and teams, and own the full lifecycle from idea to deployment. You'll also help shape our technical direction and mentor other engineers.

• Build and own complex solutions end-to-end, collaborating with your team and stakeholders to deliver product features that solve real user problems.

• Design scalable backend services with NestJS/Node.js, create frontend experiences with Next.js/React, and architect data models with MongoDB.

• Leverage your strong infrastructure expertise to design, deploy, and operate reliable cloud-native solutions in Azure.

• Build and consume APIs, integrating with internal and external systems while collaborating with and guiding other engineering teams.

• Own your deployments, build CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure as code, and maintain applications in production.

• Drive code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous integration, setting standards for the team.

• Monitor systems, optimize performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and make architectural decisions for scalability.

• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, foster a culture of clean code and best practices, and lead by example in technical discussions.

What you'll bring:

• Strong experience delivering end-to-end software solutions and driving technical excellence.

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, or solid experience with other modern languages and willingness to learn our stack.

• Solid hands-on experience working with IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and system architecture. Experience with Microsoft Azure is a strong plus.

• Strong experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, including schema design and optimization.

• Proven track record building and consuming APIs, with experience leading cross-team integrations.

• Demonstrated ability to own projects from conception through deployment and maintenance.

• Strong commitment to code quality, testing strategies, and building systems that scale.

• Experience mentoring or leading other engineers.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Next.js and NestJS specifically.

• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).

• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with monitoring, observability, and performance optimization tools.

• Experience designing system architecture for high-scale applications.
