Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior backend engineer to write reliable, secure, and scalable real-time authorization and fraud-prevention software. You will own projects from planning to launch and build customer-facing features while improving system reliability.

This role requires Rust experience, plus Python and Java understanding; remote, async-first team across time zones. You will contribute to AI-powered productivity tools and own end-to-end product development with strong written communication.

Qualifikationen

Requirements

• Ability to understand Lithic's system written in Python and Java


• Interest and experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity


• Ability to navigate ambiguity, align diverse perspectives, and drive toward practical solutions


• Experience or interest in payments, fintech, or fraud prevention


• Comfort with designing systems from scratch and owning the product development process end-to-end


• Strong written communication skills


• Experience working in a remote, async-first team spread across time zones


• Candidates must be located in the United States, Canada (Ontario or British Columbia), Netherlands, Poland, or Czech Republic
