Job summary

AI Futures are collaborating with a leading investment bank in Frankfurt to hire a Senior Software Engineer for the AI function. You will own the backend infrastructure and drive the full SDLC, delivering GenAI applications with quality, scalability, and security.

The role focuses on building end-to-end AI tools, working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and contributing to a modern tech stack with deployment to production. Flexible working and a central Frankfurt office are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field).
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong experience with AWS and Python/FastAPI.
• Good knowledge of Terraform and CI/CD practices.
• Hands-on experience deploying GenAI & ML applications.
• Security knowledge (IAM, networking, secrets management) is advantageous.

AI Futures are engaged with an investment bank in Frankfurt who are investing significantly to build up their AI capabilities. They are hiring for a Senior Software Engineer to join their AI function, focused on delivering end-to-end GenAI applications across the bank.

We are looking for a candidate to own the backend infrastructure of the AI function, as well as work on the full end-to-end SDLC, delivering high quality, scalable, secure AI tools to the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong experience with AWS
• Excellent Python and FastAPI experience
• Good knowledge with Terraform
• Hands on experience deploying GenAI & ML applications
• Proven experience with CI/CD, Docker and automated deployments
• Security knowledge highly advantageous (IAM, networking, secrets management etc)
