Job summary

ERP Beratung seeks a SAP Logistics Consultant to join a global end-user based in Heidelberg or Heilbronn, Germany. Lead the transition from ECC6.0 to S/4HANA, delivering configuration for SAP SD/MM and collaborating with international stakeholders.

You may support future rollouts across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, with up to four days remote per week. Requires 3+ years of experience, ECC or S/4HANA end-to-end implementation, and German language at B2 level or higher.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP SD/MM configuration.
• Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation in ECC or S/4HANA.
• German language at least B2.
• International experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders in the Sales area across locations worldwide.
• Translate and document requirements into SAP SD and/or SAP MM processes.
• Manage SAP SD processes (order processing, pricing, billing, returns).
• Manage SAP MM processes (Master Data, Inventory Management, Purchasing).
• Develop and establish templates for new SAP solutions; map and implement changes.
• Mentor team members and participate in national and international SAP projects.

My client, a global end customer based in Heidelberg, Germany are looking to recruit a Consultant from the SAP Logistics space to come in and join a growing international team and assist in the ongoing projects both nationally and internationally. There are 2 locations for consideration which are Heidelberg or Heilbronn, Germany

This company’s ERP System is currently undergoing a transition from ECC6.0 into S/4 HANA globally and your role as the SAP Logistics Consultant will be to spearhead this implementation. You will be tasked with speaking with internal stakeholders and will be expected to deliver required configuration as generated from enhancement requests. The person in this role will bring knowledge in the areas of OTC or PUR/IM/MD process as well as departmental procedures and standards, updating them on current situations, mapping and developing and establishing a new template. The global rollout will consist of 60 entities across all regions

As you grow with the business, you will also be tasked with (optional) Project Management of future rollouts across EMEA, APAC, LATAM. Within this company, you would be able to work up to 4 days remotely per week with an average 4 days in the office per month.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

• You will work and collaborate with senior stakeholders within the Sales area across multiple locations worldwide
• You will be tasked with translating and documenting requirements taken from the business into processes for SAP SD and/or SAP MM
• Manage SAP Sales and Distribution processes (order processing, pricing, billing, customer return, etc)
• Manage SAP MM Processes (Master Data, Inventory Management, Purchasing)
• You will learn how to build SAP SD and SAP MM Solutions that have been provided but be expected to assess, question and challenge stakeholders
• Building and maintaining relationships with business users, BRMs, IT colleagues and external resources to foster teamwork and enable effective application delivery.
• Functional tasks as well as be a mentor to the team
• Active participation in national and international SAP projects
• Support for SAP rollouts in other production and sales companies within the group
• (Sub) Project support/management of module-internal and cross-module implementation and change projects, both internally and with external service providers.
