Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking a Senior SAP SD / Logistics Consultant (m/f/d) to support SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes across global supply chain and commercial operations.

This role offers exposure to international projects within a highly regulated Life Sciences environment, working on end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and SAP SD optimisation. Fluent English and strong stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of SAP project experience with a focus on SAP SD.
• Strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Hands-on experience with Handling Unit Management.
• Experience with batch determination processes within sales and logistics environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD integration with warehouse management solutions and third-party logistics providers.
• Proven delivery experience on SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation programmes.
• Fluent English and ability to engage with business stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions across Sales, Distribution, and Logistics functions.
• Analyse, design, and optimise end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Configure and support SAP SD solutions covering Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Deliveries, Billing, and Returns Management.
• Design and support Handling Unit Management processes.
• Configure and optimise batch determination scenarios across logistics and sales operations.
• Support integrations between SAP SD, Warehouse Management solutions, and external logistics providers.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations and Finance teams for seamless process integration.
• Support testing cycles, deployment activities, cutover planning, and hypercare phases.
• Advise business stakeholders on SAP best practices, process standardisation, and solution design.
• Contribute to global template development, rollout programmes, and continuous process improvement.
