Job summary

Energize Recruitment Solutions in Germany seeks a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and partner with clients on S/4HANA migrations.

You will analyze business processes, run workshops, and mentor junior consultants while collaborating with cross-functional teams on complex HR projects.

Fluent German is required; 100% remote work with a flexible model offers exposure to global SAP S/4HANA projects.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on SAP HCM experience.
External consultancy background preferred.
Fluent German required.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementations.
Analyze client processes and map to SAP HCM solutions.
Conduct workshops to gather requirements and design solutions.
Integrate SAP HCM with S/4HANA and other systems.
Provide best-practice guidance for HR processes.
Lead data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ERP, analytics, middleware).
Act as trusted advisor to clients and drive value.
Mentor junior consultants and foster knowledge sharing.

They are renowned for supporting the digital transformation of global organizations with SAP S/4HANA implementations and SAP Cloud solutions. Due to recent project demand, they are searching for a new Senior SAP HCM Consultant.

Tasks

Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP HCM solutions.
Analyze client business processes and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
Conduct workshops to gather requirements and deliver tailored solution designs.
Integrate SAP HCM solutions with S/4HANA and other SAP/third-party systems.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for HR
Lead data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP ERP, analytics, middleware).
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, contributing to long-term relationships and value delivery.
Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
