Diconium Germany GmbH in Germany is seeking a Salesforce expert to join our hybrid team. You will deliver high-quality consulting in Salesforce, manage projects, and design digital services within Salesforce.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in automotive sales/marketing projects, strong requirements management, and fluency in German and English. You will collaborate across strategy, UX, and tech to translate client needs into Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Solid expertise in Digital Sales and CRM using Salesforce.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in sales and marketing projects within the automotive sector.
• Strong background in requirements management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent German and English (C1+).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and configuration.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in the role.
• Willingness to share knowledge with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, technology-specific consulting in the Salesforce environment, offering expert guidance to our clients.
• Manage projects independently and in a structured manner, always with a service-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Design processes and features for digital services and products within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• In agile projects, you may take on the role of Proxy Product Owner (PO), providing key support in driving the project forward.
• You will advise clients on the operationalization of digital solutions across the entire Customer Journey within the Salesforce context.
• Acting as the interface between strategy consulting, UX, and technical implementation, you will ensure that customer requirements are successfully integrated into Salesforce solutions.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

• Solid expertise in Digital Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) using Salesforce.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in sales and marketing projects within the automotive sector.
• Strong background and experience in requirements management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way.
• Fluent German and English skills are required (C1 level or higher).
• Strong abstract thinking and analytical abilities, enabling you to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, their features, and configuration options, paired with excellent technical understanding.
• You have at least 6 years of relevant experience in the role.
• Sharing your knowledge and experience with others is important to you.
