Our client, a leading player in the motor vehicle parts manufacturing sector, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across OEM, Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive accounts. Based in Koblenz, you will join our client's team at a pivotal time, helping shape and execute their commercial direction in polymers while working closely with internal stakeholders and strategic customers.

Key Skills & Experience

• Must have Sales experience in Polymers: Proven background selling polymer-based products or solutions into industrial or automotive applications.
• Experience selling to OEM, Tier 1 & Tier 2 accounts: Track record managing complex, multi-layered customer structures within the automotive value chain.
• Hands-on approach: Comfortable engaging directly with customers, solving issues, and driving deals from concept to closure.
• Team player: Able to collaborate effectively with our client's team across sales, technical, and operations to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Grow with a new team: Motivated to contribute to a developing organisation and help build scalable sales processes and structures.
