What are we looking for

Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional ready to make an impact Were looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive growth across Germany for SentinelOnes enterprise sales team.

In this role youll be responsible for identifying and qualifying high-value leads through both inbound and outbound outreach. Youll serve as a key link between our Marketing and Sales teams - initiating conversations understanding potential customers needs and setting the foundation for successful enterprise-level engagements.

Were looking for someone confident with cold outreach and prospecting ideally with experience in a Sales Development position. However were also open to candidates from other backgrounds with transferable skills in lead generation business development or client-facing roles.

What will you do
  • Present SentinelOne to potential enterprise clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calls emails and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage inbound interest and actively pursue outbound opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Understand client needs business models and key decision-making processes.
  • Tailor product messaging and solutions to resonate with enterprise-level prospects.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Book qualified meetings and calls for Account Executives to progress deals.
  • Collaborate closely with the enterprise sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and strategic alignment.
  • Report on key metrics pipeline activity and outcomes to the Business Development Manager.
  • Stay current on product features competitive landscape and relevant industry trends.
  • Work fully remotely from Germany and visit our Amsterdam office once per quarter.
What skills and experience should you bring
  • Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) .
  • Proven experience in a Sales Development Sales Account Executive or related lead-generation role.
  • Confidence and professionalism in cold calling and outbound outreach .
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas .
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Solid working knowledge of Excel for tracking and analyzing performance data.
  • Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to confidently deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.
  • A proactive team-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and learning.
