A fast-growing Fintech venture based in Berlin is seeking a customer advisory professional to help clients optimize their financial situation. This role involves managing credit applications, preparing assessments, and guiding clients through the refinancing process. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in customer advisory or financial sales and be fluent in German and English. You will join a small, ambitious team and have the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding operation.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in customer advisory, loan brokerage, or financial sales.
• Ability to translate numbers into clear recommendations.
• Strong communication skills for digital channels.
• Fluent in German and English is a must. Swedish is a major plus!

The Role

As one of our first hires in Germany, you will be at the core of our expansion. You won’t just be following a manual; you’ll be helping us define how we support our customers. Your goal is to help clients optimize their financial situation by analyzing credit requests and guiding them through the entire refinancing process.

Your mission includes:

• Managing and following up on credit applications from our digital channels.
• Preparing credit assessments and evaluating repayment capacities.
• Guiding customers through the process and finding solutions that provide genuine financial value.
• Contributing to the improvement of our processes and tools as we scale the German market.

Who You Are

• 3–5 years in customer advisory, loan brokerage, or financial sales.
• You can translate numbers into clear recommendations and build trust over the phone and digital channels.
• You have the drive to work independently but love being part of a team where everyone supports each other.
• Fluent in German and English is a must. Swedish is a major plus!
