Zusammenfassung

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Senior Regional Recruiter to manage full recruitment for the Asia Pacific Region, spanning entry to senior levels. You will build candidate pipelines, network with partners, and guide hiring managers through the process while coordinating with Executive Recruiters for executive roles.

You will create proactive recruitment strategies, screen candidates, and ensure a positive experience for applicants and managers. Travel is expected as needed.

Qualifikationen

  • Experience working with Director & VP level clients.
  • Experience in sourcing including candidate identification, research, outreach, or candidate development.
  • Experience in database management and spreadsheet software; constructing and producing reports; data input, manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience managing confidential documents and retention processes.
  • Experience communicating with a broad range of audiences including global teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • MS Office software experience, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday is a plus.
  • Experience in startup environments and rolling out new processes/projects is a plus.

What We Can Achieve Together:

The Senior Regional Recruiter, provides full-service recruitment processes for our Asia Pacific Region; supporting the full vertical of hiring needs from entry level to senior level roles (Manager-Director level). This position will include developing a pipeline of potential talent, networking and building partnerships. This person will provide guidance and support to hiring managers and manage the recruitment database. They will recruit and hire mid-level positions in the Region, as well as coordinate with the Executive Recruiters on executive level positions. The Senior Regional Recruiter will be a member of the Talent Acquisition team, and an integral part of the Asia Pacific Region people team working to create a positive experience for all candidates and fulfill the recruiting needs across The Nature Conservancy.

The Senior Regional Recruiter is a partner and subject matter expert for hiring managers and is responsible for supporting and managing all aspects of the recruitment process for the Asia Pacific Region including the smooth transition to the on-boarding process. They will bring innovative ideas to build and implement effective, proactive, and efficient recruitment strategies and processes to address the talent for all non-term-limited mid-level positions. This includes activities such as reviewing job postings and creating candidate profiles, using the HR Recruitment process and system to post jobs, update applicant status, communication with applicants, conducting pre-screening and phone interviews, networking with associations, and providing guidance and information to hiring managers and Operations staff. They will build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities and ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. They will work to ensure that the Asia Pacific Region talent goals and strategies are achieved, and best practices are followed.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Experience working with and reporting out to Director & VP level clients.
  • Experience in sourcing, including candidate identification, research, outreach, or candidate development.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; constructing and producing reports; data input, manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience managing confidential documents and retention processes.
  • Experience communicating and developing relationships with a broad range of audiences including experience working with or recruiting for global teams.
  • Experience with prioritizing and organizing work while attending to details.
  • Experience working with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience a plus.
  • Experience working in a start-up like environment, and assisting to create processes and/or the experience of rolling out a new process/project a plus.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Mentoring and Training experience
  • Strong consultative influence to advise and manage diverse key stakeholders, remote hiring managers, cross-border senior executives
  • Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • May require fluency in foreign language(s) to support global operations.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
