innoscripta SE in München sucht einen erfahrenen Senior Recruiter, um innovative Rekrutierungsprozesse in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen zu gestalten. Sie managen den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess und arbeiten eng mit Führungsteams zusammen, um Strategien zu entwickeln.

Erforderlich sind mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting und exzellente Deutschkenntnisse. Wir bieten ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis mit überdurchschnittlichem Gehalt und vielfältigen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise in einem schnell wachsenden Umfeld.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
• Erfahrung bei der Verwaltung von Einstellungsprozessen von Anfang bis Ende.

Aufgaben

• Verwaltung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses – von der Talentakquise bis zur Vertragsunterschrift.
• Durchführung strukturierter Interviews zur Bewertung von Qualifikationen und kultureller Passform.
• Aktive Talentakquise und Aufbau nachhaltiger Talentpipelines.

We are looking for experienced and ambitious Senior Recruiters to join our international team in Munich.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing the entire recruiting process – from sourcing to contract signing
• Conducting structured interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Active sourcing and building sustainable talent pipelines for current and future positions
• Close collaboration with leadership teams and advising on hiring strategies and market conditions
• Maintaining and updating all candidate data in our internal system, Clusterix
• Ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience
• Contributing to the optimization and standardization of internal recruiting processes
• Onboarding, mentoring, and professionally leading your own micro-team
