V7 Recruitment Ltd in Berlin area is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the project delivery team overseeing data centre construction. The role requires taking ownership of commercial strategy, leading procurement, managing costs, and ensuring contractual compliance on high-value projects in Vaasa, Finland and Kristiansand, Norway.

Relocation support is on offer, with flights, shared accommodation, a 3 weeks on/1 week off rotation and a daily allowance.

Qualifikationen

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Significant experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong experience in cost management, procurement, contracts and change control.
• Experience delivering complex design and build projects with high-value contracts.
• Knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience advantageous.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Experience mentoring junior commercial staff; Chartered membership advantageous.

V7 Recruitment are working with a leading construction and data centre delivery specialist to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their project delivery team in Vaasa, Finland and Kristiansand, Norway.

The Role

What We're Looking For

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Significant experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong experience across cost management, procurement, contracts and change control.
• Experience delivering complex design and build projects and high-value contracts.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, ideally including NEC and JCT.
• Data centre, mission-critical or other technically complex project experience would be highly advantageous.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience supporting and developing junior commercial staff.
• Chartered membership of RICS, CIOB or equivalent would be advantageous.
