Job summary

Nordex Group in Hamburg seeks a Senior Project Manager – Technology Improvement to drive strategic quality, technology, and operational improvement initiatives across Global Service. You will lead complex cross-functional projects from definition through implementation, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and high quality.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Management, or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience leading complex projects or programs from definition through successful implementation.
• Proven track record in project and program management within international and cross-functional environments.
• Strong experience in transformation, change management, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ability to work independently in complex global matrix organizations and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
• Fluent English skills combined with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities; experience in Service Operations, Quality Management, or the wind industry is an advantage.

• Lead strategic projects, programs, and technology improvement initiatives across Global Service.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for the successful delivery of complex projects and interconnected programs.
• Define project scope, objectives, KPIs, budgets, resources, and timelines in alignment with business priorities.
• Coordinate international project teams and ensure effective collaboration across functions, regions, and stakeholder groups.
• Monitor project performance, risks, budgets, resource utilization, and timelines while driving timely corrective actions.
• Facilitate steering committees, management reviews, workshops, and decision-making forums with senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and fact-based decision-making through performance analysis, lessons learned, and best-practice implementation.

As a Senior Project Manager – Technology Improvement, you drive strategic quality, technology, and operational improvement initiatives across Global Service. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you play a key role in driving operational excellence, strengthening project governance, and enabling sustainable business improvements across the organization.

YOUR TASKS
