Zusammenfassung

BESTSECRET is seeking a Senior Project Manager Size & Fit to lead sizing initiatives across thousands of brands in our Content Management team.

You will drive projects from kick-off to rollout, analyze brand sizing data with Data & Analytics, and collaborate with Content, Buying, Tech and Logistics to improve size charts and model data. Travel across Europe is required, with a strong focus on reducing returns and boosting profitability.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of project management, e-commerce, content or returns management experience.
• Interest in fashion, fit and sizing; experience with size charts, grading or fit is a plus.
• Strong data skills and stakeholder management across business and tech teams.
• Willingness to travel within Europe for on-site implementation.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Your Mission

Help our members find the right size the first time. As Project Manager Size & Fit in our Content Management team, you will drive the projects that make size and fit information on BESTSECRET more accurate, more complete and more useful – across thousands of brands with very different sizing standards. Your clear goal: reduce size- and fit-related returns, improve customer experience and strengthen our profitability and sustainability.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver Size & Fit projects from kick-off to roll-out – timelines, milestones, stakeholders and reporting.
• Analyse return behaviour and brand-level sizing data together with our Data & Analytics team to identify the biggest levers for return reduction.
• Improve the quality and coverage of fit notes, measurements, size charts, and model data on the product detail page, working closely with Content, Buying and brand partners.
• Steer the on-site implementation of Size & Fit projects with our current content service providers – e.g. determining product size tendency, rolling out processes, and ensuring continuous checks, validation and maintenance.
• Define and track KPIs such as size-related return rate, size-advice adoption and conversion, and prepare regular updates for management.
• Run test-and-learn initiatives (A/B tests, pilots on selected categories or brands) and translate the results into scalable standards and processes.
• Act as the interface between Content Management, Buying, Tech, Customer Service and Logistics on all Size & Fit topics.
• Document processes, guidelines and content standards and train internal & external teams on them.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, E-Commerce, Textile/Clothing Technology or a comparable qualification.
• 3+ years of professional experience in project management, e-commerce, content or returns management – ideally in fashion or online retail.
• Real interest in fashion, fit and sizing; experience with size charts, grading or fit processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data (Excel/Google Sheets; SQL, Power BI are an advantage).
• Structured, hands-on way of working with a high level of ownership and the ability to manage several workstreams in parallel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and tech teams.
• Willingness to travel within Europe to our content service providers' sites as required for on-site project implementation.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
