As Senior Expansion Manager Retail (all genders), you will drive our store expansion strategy across Europe, with a particular focus on Eastern Europe, from market analysis and site selection to lease negotiations and store openings.

Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail expansion, leasing, site development, or real estate.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in location and feasibility assessments.
• Proven project management and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe, in particular to Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania.
