Zusammenfassung

Die Jobtailor GmbH sucht in Bayern einen erfahrenen Fachmann für Netzanbindung von Battery-Energy-Storage-Projekten. Sie betreuen den Prozess von der Kapazitätsprüfung bis zum Netzanschlusskonzept und koordinieren mit Netzbetreibern, Planern und Beratern.

Sie analysieren Anschlussmöglichkeiten, Spannungsniveaus, Kosten, Zeitpläne und Risiken, übersetzen Feedback in konkrete Entwicklungs- und Investitionsentscheidungen und verhandeln Netzanschlussverträge.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in Netzanbindung, Netzplanung oder Energieinfrastruktur.
• Erfahrung mit Netzanbindungsprozessen auf Mittel- bis Hochspannungsebene.
• Zusatz-Erfahrung auf Extra-Hochspannung willkommen, aber nicht Voraussetzung.
• Hintergrund in Speicherenergie, Wind- oder Solarprojekten oder Netzbetreiber-Arbeit oder verwandter Infrastruktur
• Fähigkeit, Anschlussanforderungen, Netzstudien und Konzepte zu bewerten und nächste Schritte abzuleiten.
• Abschluss in Elektrotechnik, Energiewirtschaft o.ä. oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Klare, verlässliche Kommunikation, Verständnis von Interessen von Netzbetreibern und Stakeholdern.
• Technisches Verständnis + wirtschaftliches Denken und strukturierte Entscheidungsfindung.

Aufgaben

• Von der ersten Kapazitätsprüfung bis zur Netzanbindungs-Bestimmung ein Grid-Connection-Projekt steuern.
• Potentielle Anschlussstellen und Spannungsniveaus technisch prüfen, Kosten, Zeitrahmen und Risiken bewerten.
• Kommunikation mit ÜNB/TSO, externen Netzplanern und technischen Beratern führen.
• Netzanschlussanträge, Reservierungsprozesse, Grid-Studien und technische Unterlagen koordiniert prüfen.
• Feedback von Netzbetreibern in Empfehlungen für Projektentwicklung und Investitionsentscheidungen übersetzen.
• Technische Unterstützung bei Verhandlungen von Netzanschlussverträgen, Kosten, Fristen und Parametern.
• Schnittstellen zu Umspannwerken, Schutzkonzepten, Leittechnik mit Entwicklung, Engineering und OT-Teams klären.
• Prozesse, Bewertungsstandards und Entscheidungsrahmen für das Grid-Portfolio weiterentwickeln.

Jobbeschreibung

• Manage battery energy storage projects from the initial capacity check through the grid connection request to a robust connection concept or grid connection agreement


• Evaluate potential grid connection points and voltage levels with regard to technical feasibility, available capacity, costs, timelines, and implementation risks


• Manage communication with distribution and transmission system operators, as well as external grid planners and technical consultants


• Independently coordinate and assess grid connection requests, reservation processes, grid studies, and technical documentation


• Translate feedback and connection offers from network operators into recommendations for project development, management, and investment decisions


• Provide technical support in negotiating grid connection agreements, connection costs, implementation deadlines, and technical parameters


• Clarify interfaces relating to substations, protection concepts, plant control systems, and communications technology with Development, Engineering, and Digital/OT teams


• Further develop processes, evaluation standards, and decision-making frameworks for the grid portfolio

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in grid connection, grid planning, project development, or electrical energy infrastructure


• Practical experience with grid connection processes at medium- or high-voltage level


• Experience at extra-high-voltage level is welcome but not required


• Background in battery energy storage, wind or solar projects, work for a network operator, substation construction, or a comparable energy and infrastructure environment


• Ability to assess technical connection requirements, grid studies, and connection concepts and derive specific next steps


• Degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, utilities engineering, industrial engineering, or energy management is a strong foundation; alternatively, comparable technical qualifications combined with relevant professional experience


• Clear, reliable, and confident communication, with an understanding of the differing interests of network operators and internal stakeholders


• Technical understanding combined with commercial thinking and a structured approach to evaluating opportunities, costs, timelines, and risks


• Very good German language skills


• Confident English language skills
