The Senior Project Lead at SAP Global Delivery Hub will steer end-to-end customer transformations, leading cross-functional teams and aligning SAP service offerings with client objectives. You will drive delivery milestones, governance, and executive engagement to ensure measurable value realization across Regions and Functions.

You will collaborate with partner organizations and Engineering to apply AI-enabled delivery methods and maintain a strong focus on outcomes and value for customers.

Qualificações

• At least seven years of experience in project management, business transformation delivery, or SAP implementation leadership.
• Knowledge of SAP solution portfolio and methodologies including RISE with SAP and Clean Core.
• Proven ability to define scope, manage schedules and dependencies, and lead complex transformations.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience establishing project governance, budgets, risks, and reporting.
• Ability to translate customer goals into KPIs and value drivers.
• Experience applying implementation frameworks and AI-enabled delivery approaches.
• German and English fluency required.

What you'll bring

As the Senior Project Lead you bring proven experience in leading complex business transformations, combining strategic thinking, business acumen, and a structured approach to delivery. You translate customer objectives into actionable plans, lead cross-functional teams, and take accountability for measurable outcomes.

• Transformation delivery experience: At least seven years of relevant experience in project management, business transformation delivery, or SAP implementation programme leadership, with a background in large-scale transformation delivery or strategic management consulting. You have successfully owned application implementation projects from design through deployment and hypercare to value realization.
• SAP knowledge: Knowledge of SAP's solution portfolio and implementation methodologies, including RISE with SAP Methodology and Clean Core, together with an understanding of relevant service offerings, such as Success Plans, and go-to-market approaches. You can connect product and service capabilities to customer needs.
• Project planning and execution: Proven ability to define scope, manage schedules and dependencies, coordinate workstreams, and translate strategic objectives into milestones, deliverables, and accountabilities. You have led complex transformations and global or regional rollouts across functions, regions, and business units.
• Customer and executive engagement: Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills. You can align customer expectations, support project-critical decisions with senior stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and maintain momentum through competing priorities.
• Governance and financial discipline: Experience establishing project governance, financial and operational controls, and delivery cadences. You can develop business and value cases, track budgets, manage risks, and use data-driven analysis and executive reporting to guide decisions.
• Customer value realization: Ability to translate customer business goals into structured success plans, define KPIs and value drivers, and track outcomes throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Delivery methods and innovation: Practical experience applying and enforcing implementation frameworks, tooling, and automation. You understand relevant industry and technology trends and can incorporate AI-enabled approaches into service delivery while taking responsibility for quality and outcomes.
• Languages: Advanced proficiency in German and English is required.

What you'll build

You will own end-to-end customer transformation projects and act as the primary counterpart to customer project leadership.

You will lead the implementation and delivery of SAP service offerings, applying relevant methodologies, including RISE with SAP Methodology, and guidelines such as Clean Core. You will incorporate AI-enabled delivery approaches, steer cross-functional teams, and engage customer stakeholders up to C-level on project-critical decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Scope transformation initiatives: Identify and shape initiatives based on customer business goals, SAP's service portfolio and go-to-market approach, and analysis of market and industry needs.
• Plan end-to-end delivery: Translate strategic objectives into integrated workstreams, milestones, timelines, resource needs, and deliverables, from design and implementation through hypercare and value realization.
• Lead execution and customer alignment: Coordinate teams and dependencies, manage risks and issues, and align customer expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle. Establish clear responsibilities and support timely decisions.
• Guide decisions through analysis: Develop proposals and business cases that combine quantitative analysis with a clear explanation of strategic impact, delivery implications, and expected customer value.
• Establish governance and controls: Set up appropriate delivery cadences, budget tracking, financial and operational controls, and executive reporting. Apply implementation frameworks, tooling, and automation consistently.
• Drive measurable outcomes: Translate customer goals into structured success plans, agree KPIs and value drivers, and track progress toward business outcomes and realized value.
• Collaborate across SAP and its ecosystem: Work with teams including Partner Organisation, Product and Engineering, and Strategy and Operations to align workstreams, enable stakeholders, and connect delivery with SAP's broader transformation agenda.
