SourceFlow is seeking an Investment Manager/Principal to lead sourcing, evaluation and execution of growth-stage investments in the energy transition space. The role involves end-to-end deal activity across Europe, with close collaboration to senior investors and a track record of completed investments.

Qualifikationen

• 5 to 8 years of relevant investment, corporate finance, M&A, private-equity or strategy experience.
• Demonstrable record of completed investments or transactions.
• Strong modelling and valuation capability.
• Experience across growth stages (Early to Expansion).
• Interest in energy-transition technologies, infrastructure or climate-focused businesses.
