Hunter Philips is seeking an Investment Manager in Berlin to own and advance renewable-energy investment opportunities. You will build sophisticated financial models, assess commercial risk and guide projects from evaluation through to financing or closing.

The role spans investment, M&A and project finance with exposure to wind, solar and battery-storage assets, requiring a strong due-diligence discipline and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years of experience in investment, M&A, project finance, banking, infrastructure finance or transaction advisory.
• Strong financial-modelling and valuation capability.
• Experience within renewable energy, infrastructure or a relevant transferable sector.

• Assess renewable-energy investment opportunities across wind, solar and storage.
• Build and develop financial models covering valuations, returns, cash flow, debt sizing and sensitivities.
• Support due diligence across financial, legal, technical, tax and commercial workstreams.

• Work with developers, lenders, investors, advisers and internal project teams.
