SourceFlow is seeking a Commercial Asset Manager to own and optimize a portfolio of wind and solar assets in Germany, with emphasis on financial performance and risk management.

You will manage energy sales, contracts, and external stakeholder relationships, contributing to long-term value and growth of the portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Several years' experience in Commercial Asset Management, Energy Management, Commercial Operations or Contract Management.
• Strong understanding of budgets, financial performance and asset-level reporting.
• Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure or utilities is valued.

Aufgaben

• Own a portfolio of operational wind and solar assets and drive commercial performance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flows, revenues and asset-level performance.
• Oversee energy sales, contracts, service agreements and other commercial topics.
• Liaise with energy traders, service providers, investors and external partners.
• Identify opportunities for commercial optimization and support contract negotiations and renewals.
• Collaborate with Technical Asset Management and Finance to manage risks and maximise asset value.
