Infineon is seeking a Senior Product Platform Architect within its Research & Development team to shape the future of MCU platforms, merging technical leadership with market insight. You will own the architecture of the next‑generation MCU platform, define features, translate market needs into specifications, and coordinate across engineering, marketing, and business units.

Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Master degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of MCU/semiconductors/embedded systems development experience.
• Experience in product architecture, platform definition, or system engineering.
• Knowledge of MCU architectures such as ARM Cortex, RISCV, or similar.
• Understanding of embedded software, peripherals, interfaces, and system integration.
• Experience translating market and customer requirements into technical specifications and supporting product lifecycle management activities.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, marketing, and business teams, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic and systems-level thinking with project or technical leadership experience.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken); German a plus.
