Infineon Technologies in Ilmenau is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to help design and implement embedded software for motor control systems. You will model architecture in UML, write software requirements and test specs, and set up development and test environments.

The role requires 3–5 years of embedded software experience, C proficiency, and a willingness to work with microcontrollers. German and English fluency are essential.
