Infineon Technologies AG in Germany is seeking a Senior Product Platform Architect to own the architecture of the next-generation MCU platform. You will translate market needs into platform features and guide the product through development with a strong technical focus.

You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, and customers, govern change requests, and ensure system integration across ARM Cortex/RISC-V based MCUs.

Qualifikationen

• Master degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years in MCU, semiconductors, or embedded systems development.
• Experience in product architecture, platform definition, or system engineering.
• Knowledge of MCU architectures (ARM Cortex, RISC-V, or similar).
• Understanding of embedded software, peripherals, interfaces, and system integration.
• Experience translating market and customer requirements into technical specifications and supporting product lifecycle.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, marketing, and business teams.
• Strategic and systems-level thinking with project or technical leadership experience.
• Fluent English; German would be a plus.

Your Profile

• Experience in product architecture, platform definition, or system engineering
• Knowledge of MCU architectures such as ARM Cortex, RISC-V, or similar
• Understanding of embedded software, peripherals, interfaces, and system integration
• Experience translating market and customer requirements into technical specifications and supporting product lifecycle management activities
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, marketing, and business teams, supported by strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic and systems-level thinking and project or technical leadership experience
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken). German would be a plus
