miele is seeking a senior Salesforce Architect to set the functional and technical direction for Sales, Service, Field Service, and PreSales across global platforms. You will turn strategic goals into scalable designs and align roadmaps with IT leadership.

You will drive end-to-end architecture, govern standards, and enable integrations via APIs, MuleSoft, and ERP connections, while collaborating with Product Owners and business teams in a multinational context.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience with Salesforce or complex CRM environments.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service.
• Experience leading architectural discussions in cross-functional or international initiatives.
• Solid understanding of integrations, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
• Clear communication and alignment of platform goals with operations.
• Business-fluent German and English.
• Certifications: Product Owner, CRM, or architecture, plus DevOps/CI-CD experience.

• Across Salesforce and connected enterprise applications, you set the functional and technical direction for Sales, Service, Field Service, and PreSales
• Working closely with Product Owners, business teams, Enterprise Architecture, and IT leadership, you turn strategic goals into scalable solution designs and clear platform priorities
• You shape an integrated end-to-end architecture that connects product domains, supports global standards, and remains manageable as the business evolves
• For complex dependencies across teams and delivery streams, you bring the right people together, drive decisions, and keep roadmaps aligned
• Clear governance, technical standards, and architectural guardrails help you reduce unnecessary variation and protect the long-term quality of the platform
• Along the customer journey, you identify where standard Salesforce capabilities can simplify processes, improve integration, and create measurable business value
• Modern engineering practices and AI-assisted tools form part of your approach to improving delivery speed, documentation, testing, and solution quality
