Boerse Stuttgart Digital in Germany is seeking a Product Manager (gn) to shape the next generation of BISON features, from idea to market launch. You identify market needs and translate them into intuitive, secure digital finance experiences.

You will lead cross-functional teams with engineering, design and compliance, manage backlogs, monitor KPIs, and drive growth while staying compliant with evolving regulations across Europe.

Your Tasks

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a cross-functional product and development team to conceptualize, build and launch innovative BISON app features, enhance user experience, drive growth and support BISON’s mission to make investing in crypto and digital assets simple and secure.
• Strategic Roadmap Execution: Collaborate closely with engineering, design and marketing to define and execute a strategic product roadmap that balances user needs, regulatory requirements and business impact.
• Product Ownership & Delivery: Own your product area end-to-end, driving execution from discovery to delivery and translating the product vision and strategy into tangible features and measurable outcomes.
• Innovation & Market Adaptability: Drive innovation and respond quickly to changing markets, regulations and customer feedback to keep BISON among Europe’s most trusted crypto and investment platforms.
• Product Requirements & Backlog Management: Define product requirements, user stories and priorities to deliver high-quality features on time and with measurable outcomes.
• KPI Tracking & Data-Driven Insights: Monitor key KPIs such as conversion, retention, trade volume or customer satisfaction, using insights to optimize the user journey and drive engagement.
• Process Optimization & Scalability: Work with engineering to develop and optimize internal tools and processes, improving efficiency and supporting BISON’s growth and scalability.
• Strategic Alignment & Collaboration: Collaborate directly with the Lead Product Manager to align execution with the broader product vision, strategy and OKRs, ensuring your team’s initiatives deliver tangible business and customer impact.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within fintech or other regulated B2C environments, with a proven record of leading Scrum teams and delivering high-impact features in fast-moving settings.
• Leadership & Ownership Mindset: Strong ownership mindset and demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively, fostering collaboration and accountability across Product, Engineering and Marketing.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to translate complex topics into clear narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
• Strategic & Analytical Expertise: Proven strategic and analytical capabilities, using data, experimentation and business impact to define priorities and drive measurable results.
• Industry Passion: Passion for crypto, digital assets and the future of investing.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1) and German (B2) or higher.
