Job summary

Consultport GmbH is seeking a Product Manager obsessed with product-led growth (PLG) to turn the product into our best sales channel. You will focus on activation, onboarding, and friction removal to drive activation and expansion in a two-sided marketplace used globally.

In a fast-moving Agile setup, you\'ll work with Engineering, Design, and Data to turn analytics into decisions, ship fast, and align product motions with revenue. Berlin-based onsite role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PM experience in a marketplace or SaaS company.
• Know what PLG means and have shipped it.
• Sharp analytical skills; you live in dashboards and trust numbers over opinions.
• Strong English, both written and spoken (C1 minimum).
• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin for an onsite role.
