Talon.One, an Adyen company, in Berlin, seeks an experienced Product Designer to own end-to-end design for our SaaS incentives platform. You will work in an agile squad, collaborating with product management, frontend, backend, QA and writers to craft user-centered solutions that scale.

You bring 3+ years of product design experience, a compelling UX/UI portfolio, and proficiency with Figma and design systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Designer experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong UX/UI portfolio with end-to-end product design examples.
• Experience with usability testing and user interviews.
• Proficiency in Figma and working with design systems.
• Experience in agile, cross-functional teams.

ABOUT THE TEAM:

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our industry-leading SaaS product. You will own design projects from research and discovery to UI and UX within one of our agile squads. By delivering user-centric, high performing solutions that align with our business objectives, you will help drive product improvement and enhance the experience of our clients & their customers.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about user research and creating the most impactful and smart product solutions for the unveiled opportunities.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We have a Product Design team of 8 talented professionals, deeply involved in crafting smart solutions for complex problems. We co-create, brainstorm and assist each other, to ensure we always hit the mark.

We operate within collaborative, cross-functional squads, each tasked with specific responsibilities for introducing fresh features and enhancements to our platform. Each squad consists of experts specializing in Product Management, Frontend, Backend, Quality Assurance, Technical Writing and, of course, Product Designers.

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:

• Develop a deep understanding of the market, our customer base and our product
• Establish strong collaborative and supportive relationships with your squad and fellow designers
• Support our design processes, yet be flexible enough to adapt to more lean approaches when necessary
• Advocacy for evidence-based decision making through proactive quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis and synthesis
• Deliver quality work with both evidence-based decision making and creative mindset, to bring impactful solutions into life
• Contribute in our Design System, making it more slick, mature & robust, ensuring its adoption within your solutions
• Effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to colleagues, clients and stakeholders

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

• At least 3 years of experience in a Product Designer role, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry
• An inspiring portfolio showing excellent core UX and UI design skills, with detailed examples of end-to-end product design projects
• Prior experience in usability testing, user interviewing, or other qualitative data gathering techniques
• Expertise in Figma, and proficiency working with (or on) design systems
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Passion and enthusiasm for problem solving and an aptitude for tackling complex design challenges
