You will analyze funding deficits, needs, and concerns, and identify potential savings opportunities, while responding to inquiries via Jira, Slack, and email. The role involves initiating quotes, managing PRs, and tracking contract funding and ROMs with vendors and customers.

• Research new products/services and collaborate with vendors and customers to refine requirements.

Responsibilities

• Initiate Procurement Requests or Funding tickets

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
• Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience in procurement; must understand budgeting and other accounting and financial concepts
• Required Technical Skills: Prior experience working on government procurement programs; Mid-to-Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Product period-of-performance tracking and organization experience
