Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a procurement leader to own the procure-to-pay process end-to-end, from contract renewal through PO creation, in close collaboration with Accounting and Finance.

You will ensure adherence to the procurement calendar, drive negotiations, and deliver spend insights to senior leadership while identifying cost-saving opportunities and shaping procurement policies across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of procurement experience with a record of delivering cost savings and negotiating complex contracts.
• 2+ years of experience directly negotiating software and technology contracts.
• Exceptional understanding of contracts and ability to identify commercially favorable or unfavorable terms and conditions.
• Independent and resourceful, with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Strong communicator able to collaborate with cross-functional partners at senior levels.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools supporting procurement workflows, spend analysis, and vendor management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Applicants located in eastern time zones.
