Zusammenfassung

Henkel is seeking a Senior Process Engineer in Düsseldorf to drive safety, quality and continuous operational excellence across production lines. You will own KPIs like MTBF and lead loss-elimination initiatives to meet glidepath targets.

Candidates hold a Master in Chemical, Process or Industrial Engineering and have 5 years in process engineering, ideally in detergent or chemical manufacturing, with experience in Six Sigma/Lean and automation. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Master degree in chemical, process or industrial engineering.
• 5 years in process engineering, preferably in detergents or chemical manufacturing.
• Experience in process control and improvement methods such as Six Sigma and Lean.
• Experience leading process improvement projects and familiarity with automation.

• Act as a role model for safety, quality and delivery of high standards.
• Own KPIs like Op. Excellence and MTBF; drive loss elimination toward glidepath targets.
• Develop and implement standards, including training and health checks.
• Implement Lean according Henkel standards (HPS) in the line.
• Pursue continuous improvement and adoption of industry best practices.
• Develop equipment owners on line(s)/production process; potential for plant leadership roles.

• Strong role-model in safety, quality and ongoing delivery of the high standards
• Owns KPIs of the line(s) or production process: Op. Excellence, MTBF. Executes loss elimination to achieve the glidepath targets
• Develops and implements the standards including its training and health checks
• Implements Lean manufacturing according the Henkel standards (HPS) as a way of work in his/her line
• Strives for ongoing improvement: implementing of the best industry practices, Self and team development

What makes you a good fit

• Master in Chemical, Process or Industrial Engineering
• 5 years in process engineering, ideally in detergent or chemical manufacturing
• Process control, improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean) and production management
• Experience leading process improvement projects
• Familiarity with automation and digital manufacturing tools preferred
• Strong verbal and written skills, both in German and English
