Jobtailor in Mannheim is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing professional to own end-to-end B2B campaigns. You will plan, implement, and scale initiatives across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, driving measurable growth for our clients.

In this role you will build precise tracking with GTM and GA4, collaborate with design on creatives, and communicate results clearly to C-level stakeholders. Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• At least 4 years in performance marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a B2B environment.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is mandatory.
• Tracking is not a mystery to you – GTM, GA4, Conversion API.
• You can explain campaign performance to C-level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with common marketing stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
