Zusammenfassung

Trade Republic in Berlin is seeking a senior HR leader to act as CHRO for our departments, driving engagement, performance, feedback, organizational building and development to empower teams and accelerate growth.

You will lead a decentralised talent strategy, rollout company-wide changes with a data-driven approach, and foster a high-performance culture while aligning initiatives with business goals. Relocation support is provided if required.

• Act as a CHRO for your responsible departments and enable a strong leadership team by focusing on Engagement, Performance, Feedback, Organizational Building and Development.
• Lead your own decentralised Talent Strategy and enable initiatives by bringing innovative solutions that enhance our culture.
• Work in project teams to roll out company wide changes, bringing a data-driven approach and providing scalable solutions.
• Proactively seek ways to ensure strong company culture, high engagement and excellent performance throughout the organisation.
• Enable the organisation’s people and leadership capabilities to drive productivity and high talent density.
• Continuously analyse data and gather feedback on the effectiveness of our tools and processes with the aim of constantly improving.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• +5 years of experience as a Strategic HR Business Partner, People Project/Program Manager, or Consultant with background in change management, employee performance and development, company-wide transformation initiatives or similar.
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills, proven track record in execution and delivery of complex projects on a cross-functional level.
• Extensive experience in a start-up setting, high level of business acumen and ability to align own initiatives with company strategy and goals .
• Motivation to work as an individual contributor, comfortable developing recommendations for strategic projects and working autonomously.
• Proven track record of identifying problems, generating solutions and translating into actionable steps.
• Data-driven, able to analyse data, translate it into actionable steps and use it to tell a story.
• Knowledge of German labour law is a plus.
