Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Payroll & HR Advisor to guide SMEs on HR and payroll matters, build trusted client relationships, and deliver day-to-day advisory support.

The role requires several years of payroll processing experience, strong knowledge of wage tax and social security, and excellent German and English communication. You will work closely with clients to understand needs, provide added value, and ensure accurate payroll administration.
