Heraeus Electronics seeks a Senior Organizational Development Manager (m/f/d) to anchor organizational development in the company’s Mission, Vision, Purpose and Group Values while designing and driving coherent change initiatives that support strategy deployment across Heraeus Electronics in line with the broader Heraeus Group.

• Anchoring organizational development in Heraeus Electronics' Mission, Vision, Purpose and Group Values by designing and driving coherent change initiatives that support strategy deployment across the organization.
• Shaping organizational processes, structures and culture in line with strategic priorities to strengthen execution capability.
• Acting as a trusted advisor and change partner to enable efficient end-to-end processes, cross-functional collaboration and effective interface management.
• Leading selected projects and contributing to regional, global, or HR transformation initiatives within Heraeus HR communities.
• Strengthening virtual collaboration and modern ways of working to support Heraeus Electronics' journey toward a stronger global organization.
• Providing governance, transparency and impact measurement for OD initiatives to ensure long-term effectiveness.
• Integrating across HR functions, including Learning & Development, business leaders and broader transformation programs to align organizational design with evolving business needs.

The following responsibilities await you:

• As a Senior Organizational Development Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for anchoring organizational development in HET's Mission, Vision, Purpose, and Group Values by designing and driving coherent change initiatives that support strategy deployment across Heraeus Electronics in line with the broader Heraeus Group.
• You support leaders and teams in shaping organizational processes, structures, and culture in line with strategic priorities to strengthen execution capability.
• In your role, you act as a trusted advisor and change partner, enabling efficient end-to-end processes, seamless cross-functional collaboration, and effective interface management.
• You will actively lead selected projects and contribute to strategic initiatives at the regional, global, or Heraeus HR Community level.
• Furthermore, you strengthen virtual collaboration and modern ways of working to support Heraeus Electronics journey towards an even stronger global organization.
• You are responsible for providing governance, transparency, and impact measurement for organizational development initiatives to ensure fact-based steering and long-term effectiveness.
• Moreover, you act as an integrator across HR functions, including Learning & Development, business leaders, and broader transformation initiatives to build organizational capabilities and ensure coherence between organizational design, people processes, and evolving business needs.
