CHEPLAPHARM in Berlin is seeking an experienced professional to lead operational procurement for pharmaceuticals, APIs and components across defined therapeutic areas. You will coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment with CDMOs and internal teams to ensure compliant, on-time deliveries.
The role requires 3–7 years in pharmaceutical supply chain, strong procurement process experience, and proficiency with SAP S/4HANA and IBP.

You are responsible for the operational procurement of pharmaceuticals, APIs and components for a defined therapeutic area, ensuring reliable and compliant supply.
You act as the Single Point of Contact for CDMOs and manage end-to-end order fulfilment, coordinating closely with Sales, Quality, Artwork and Logistics to ensure on-time, in-full and compliant deliveries.
You manage the full purchase order lifecycle, including order creation, confirmation tracking, deadline monitoring, goods receipt posting and invoice verification.
You monitor stock levels, manage bridging stock scenarios and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure continuous product availability.
You maintain procurement-relevant master data and ensure high data quality across systems.
You contribute to supply chain projects such as divestments and transfers and work closely with Sales, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs to ensure smooth execution.
You support business operations activities including process mapping, process visualization, KPI reporting and data analysis.
You hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Life Sciences or a comparable field. You bring 3–7 years of professional experience in supply chain, procurement and/or CDMO management within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in operational purchasing.
You have hands-on experience in managing operational procurement processes and working within regulated environments.
You are highly organized, analytical and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. You demonstrate strong ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset.
You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
You have in-depth experience with SAP S/4HANA and IBP, as well as strong MS Office skills.
You are fluent in English. German and additional languages are considered an advantage.
