LikeMind Recruitment Limited is partnering with a leading Microsoft Dynamics partner in Germany to hire a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM Finance Consultant. The role is based in Germany with hybrid/remote work and a permanent contract.

You will design finance solutions, run workshops with finance stakeholders, and own the delivery from requirements through to go-live in a dynamic project environment. This hands-on role requires deep finance knowledge and strong customer-facing skills to

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / F&O experience.
• Functional consulting background.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Confident running workshops and gathering requirements.
• Able to challenge existing processes and recommend better solutions.
• Experience across implementation, rollout or transformation projects.
• Comfortable taking ownership and working independently.

Germany | Hybrid / Remote | Permanent

We're exclusively working on this position with one of the most recognised Microsoft Dynamics partners in Germany.

They're looking to strengthen their D365 Finance team with an experienced functional consultant who can work confidently with customers, understand complex finance processes, and take ownership of solution design from requirements through to go-live.

This is not a role for someone who only knows the system. They want someone who understands finance, can challenge customer processes, and can turn business requirements into practical D365 solutions.
