Ignite sucht einen erfahrenen ERP-Finance-Consultant / Project Manager (m/w/d) für hybride Arbeit in Deutschland. Schwerpunkt liegt auf Dynamics NAV/Business Central in Finanzmodulen, Datenmigration und Systemtests. Reisetätigkeit ca. 30% im DACH-Raum, 2 Tage pro Monat Vor-Ort in Ottobrunn.

Sie bringen mindestens 5 Jahre ERP-Finanzberatung mit und beherrschen GL, AP, AR, Anlagenbuchhaltung sowie Kostenrechnung. Deutsch auf C1+ Niveau ist Pflicht, Englischkenntnisse erwünscht.

Qualifications

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in ERP-Finanzberatung oder -Projektleitung mit Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
• Tiefgehendes Fachwissen in Buchhaltungsprozessen (GL, Kreditoren, Debitoren, Anlagenbuchhaltung, Kostenrechnung).
• Technische Integrationskenntnisse in Datenmigration, Schnittstellenaufbau und Systemtests.

Responsibilities

• Projektleitung: Vollständiger Lifecycle ERP-Finance-Implementierung und -Verbesserungen für mittlere Unternehmen.
• Prozessanalyse: Analyse bestehender Finanzprozesse, Anforderungsaufnahme, Soll-Prozesse entwerfen.
• Lösungsarchitektur: Erstellung funktionaler Spezifikationen in Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern.
• ERP-Konfiguration: Einrichtung der Finanzmodule (GL, AP, AR, Anlagen, Kostenrechnung) in Dynamics 365 BC/NAV.
• Datenintegration & Tests: Migrations- und Schnittstellentests, QA-Workflows.

About The Role

We operate as an established digital transformation and IT solutions firm focusing on advanced enterprise software deployments for mid-market businesses. Our practice empowers organizations to enhance operational productivity by designing, deploying, and refining ERP and business intelligence systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee full lifecycle ERP finance deployment and enhancement projects tailored to mid-sized enterprises.
• Process Analysis & Design: Evaluate clients' existing financial workflows, capture functional business requirements, and design streamlined future-state process models.
• Solution Architecture: Craft detailed functional specifications in close alignment with client stakeholders and internal engineering teams.
• ERP Configuration: Set up and parameterize core Finance modules (General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, etc.) within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.
• Data Integration & Testing: Direct data migration activities, system interface builds, integration testing, and quality assurance workflows.
• Workshops & Training: Facilitate collaborative client workshops, deliver end-user training sessions, provide go-live assistance, and ensure post-implementation stability.
• Presales & Solutions: Assist presales efforts through project scoping, workload estimation, proposal development, and contributing to proprietary financial solution innovations.

Key Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years of dedicated background in ERP finance consulting or project delivery utilizing Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
• Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of accounting and financial processes (GL, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting).
• Technical Integration: Demonstrated hands-on experience handling data migration, interface setup, and comprehensive system testing.
• Language Skills: German (minimum C1+ fluency) with superior written and spoken communication skills.
• Soft Skills: Structured project management approach, high client orientation, strong emotional intelligence, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel (around 30% throughout the DACH territory) and commute to our Ottobrunn office 2 days per month.
