Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant based in Germany for a fully remote engagement. You will bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating needs into functional solutions and guiding workshops in German.

You will document requirements in German, support testing and adoption, and communicate programme updates in English, while ensuring alignment with project objectives across an international team.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of relevant experience as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement functional consultant or CRM business analyst.
• Experience implementing Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service, or both.
• Strong ability to document requirements in German and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering and workshops with German-speaking stakeholders in German.
• Analyse processes and perform fit-gap assessments for Dynamics 365 configurations.
• Translate business requirements into target processes and actionable designs for delivery teams.
• Present and defend proposed solutions to stakeholders, aligning with programme objectives.
• Support testing, validation, and sign-off activities with business users.
• Assist stakeholders during live rollout and adoption support.
• Communicate findings, risks, and options to the programme team in English.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant based in Germany.

We are seeking an experienced, business-oriented Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to support a Customer Engagement transformation initiative in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable functional solutions. You will lead discovery sessions, assess existing processes, and define how Dynamics 365 can best support business objectives. Working closely with German-speaking stakeholders, you will facilitate workshops and document requirements and solution designs in German. You will also guide users through testing, validation, and adoption while communicating programme updates in English. This contract opportunity is ideal for a consultant who combines strong functional expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Accountabilities

• Lead requirements-gathering and business process workshops with German-speaking stakeholders, conducting sessions fluently in German.
• Analyse existing processes and deliver fit-gap assessments, identifying standard Dynamics 365 configuration options, areas requiring customisation, and opportunities for business process change.
• Translate business requirements into clear target processes and functional solution designs that delivery teams can implement.
• Present and defend proposed solutions with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with operational needs and programme objectives.
• Support business users throughout testing, validation, and formal sign-off activities.
• Help stakeholders transition to live use, supporting adoption and addressing functional questions during implementation.
• Communicate findings, risks, dependencies, and solution options to the wider programme team in English.

Requirements:

• 6–7 years of relevant experience as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement functional consultant or Dynamics CRM business analyst.
• Demonstrable implementation experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or both.
• Proven experience leading discovery and fit-gap assessments, supported by clear, documented deliverables.
• Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities, configuration options, and business process design.
• Fluency in both German and English, with the ability to facilitate workshops and produce functional documentation in German and communicate programme updates in English.
• Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Based in the UK or Europe, with the legal right to work in the country of residence.
