Your role
Senior Marketing Manager, you will take full end-to-end ownership of developing and leading the Category Marketing Management for your assigned category and product portfolio — from defining the strategic direction to translating it into high-impact marketing activation.
You will build a deep understanding of consumer needs, define the category’s growth ambition, and develop a winning marketing plan.
With your entrepreneurial mindset, you will report directly to our CMO and develop your category into a strong growth engine for Sunday.
- Own and lead your category, with full responsibility for growth, customer relevance, and performance
- Develop the Category Marketing Strategy, including target customers, revenue ambition, positioning, and channel/promotional approach
- Translate customer needs, market dynamics, and growth opportunities into actions
- Build and launch product and brand campaigns, reaching new customers and activating our existing customer base across channels
- Craft a compelling “category story” and bring it to life across the full funnel marketing mix
- Act as a multifunctional leader who collaborates with, guides, and inspires channel experts across Performance, Brand, Creative, PR, CRM, and Influencer to deliver cohesive and high-impact category execution
- Support S&OP through reliable forecasts and contribute to solving operational challenges when needed
Your profile
- Master’s or MBA degree
- 7+ years of experience in category, brand, or product marketing within FMCG or consumer industries, ideally with ownership of a full portfolio or business line
- Proven end-to-end ownership – from strategic concept development and category ambition to hands‑on activation and performance delivery
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to distill insights, shape a compelling category narrative, and define clear positioning and growth strategies
- Exceptional analytical mindset – strong with data, financial modeling, forecasts, research, and translating insights into growth actions
- Proven activation experience across the full DTC ecosystem: digital marketing, paid social, Google Shopping, CRM, influencer, PR, and event‑driven campaigns
- Ability to collaborate with, guide, and align multifunctional teams and channel experts toward a unified marketing execution
- Entrepreneurial, hands‑on mindset, acting as a mini General Manager who builds, tests, iterates, and owns outcomes
- Plus: Genuine interest or expertise in supplements, wellness, and clean‑label, science‑driven products
- Languages: Fluent German & English
