• At least 7 years of experience developing business cases, identifying value creation opportunities, and driving strategic growth initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in matrix organizations with structured problem-solving and a bias for action.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); willingness to travel ~20 days per year.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• aBachelor’s or Master’sdegree or similar education in Business, Economic, Engineering, or similar.
• At least 7 years of experience developing business cases, identifying value creation opportunities, and driving strategic growth initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong experience working in matrix organizations along with a structured problem‑solving mindset with a bias for action, creativity, and independent decision‑making.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus as well as willingness to travel approximately 20 days per year.
