Key Responsibilities May Include :
The Quality Senior Manager is responsible for the execution of the Quality Strategy within the region to enhance the customer experience. Supporting the Customer Service and Sales teams, she / he is responsible for resolving tactical quality issues and delivering sustainable solutions in collaboration with Plant Operations, Central Planning and Logistics.
The Senior Manager is accountable to actively identify areas of product and process improvement with the aim of upgrading general operations and increasing customer and employee satisfaction.
