Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Neubiberg, Germany, is seeking a Senior Manager Product Marketing to drive SDV strategy and next-generation automotive microcontrollers, in collaboration with our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team. You will translate market insights into profitable product roadmaps, lead GTM activities, manage lifecycle, and push market launches by coordinating with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering or related field with strong automotive electronics background.
• At least 6 years in technical marketing or field applications in the automotive sector.
• Experience defining product roadmaps and pricing strategies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the SDV strategy and define next generation MCUs for Ethernet, AI, Security and Safety in Infineon's automotive MCU line.
• Capture requirements from market trends and customer feedback.
• Drive pricing strategy to grow market position globally.
• Define and execute marketing and product strategy across stakeholders to optimize portfolio.
• Lead go-to-market activities and manage product life cycle.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, identify new markets, and prepare product launches.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Own the SDV strategy and define next generation microcontrollers related to new trends such as Ethernet, AI, Security and Safety within Infineon's automotive Microcontroller business line
• Capture requirements to define next generation products based on market trends and customer feedback
• Seek business opportunities worldwide and own the pricing strategy to establish a growing and profitable market position
• Define, execute, and improve our marketing and product strategy - engage in close collaboration with various stakeholders to optimize a product portfolio to enable successful business cases
• Lead the go-to-market activities and manage the product life cycle
• Proactively conduct market research by analyzing competitors and product competitiveness, identifying new potential markets, determining solution and product strategies, implementing new business models, and preparing market launches

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A technical degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, industrial engineering or similar, ideally including a strong familiarity with the automotive microcontrollers market
• More than 6 years of experience in technical marketing or field application engineering related tasks
• Profound know-how on Ethernet, switches, RCP microcontrollers as well as strong understanding of technology trends
• Profound know-how on SW such as Autosar, Rich OS, Automotive Linux and BSPs
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a technical, international environment
• Enjoy taking the initiative, being energetic, thrive on delivering results, and working in an international team
• Excellent English and ideally German communication skills as well as the fact that you are a good presenter of complex issues has always helped you master the need for alignment across internal and external contacts
